Automated checks help detect or prevent risk. Published standards and authorised reviewers govern enforcement. The aim is the lightest safe action, with a privacy-safe explanation where safety and policy allow.

A clarification, amendment, apology, withdrawal, or correction can restore discussion when the risk permits it.

Does NO'TA remove disagreement?
No. Strong criticism and unpopular disagreement can stay. The rules focus on degradation, threats, harassment, manipulation, and other harm; context and proportion matter.
Does Resonance prove someone is right?
Never. Resonance can reflect participation patterns over time. It is not proof of correctness, moral worth, expertise, immunity, or moderator authority.
How does Community consideration work?
It is a possible future input for selected cases. If enabled after safety testing, it will be blind, voluntary, and advisory. Community reviewers will not decide outcomes.
Is Arabic a translation of the English experience?
No. Arabic and English are authored together, with native right to left behavior, Arabic typography, dialect, and code-switching designed into the product.
